Effective March 2008, our voice mail messaging service will be converted to a more enhanced system allowing for new features and functions that will enable you to better communicate with family and friends! As an added incentive, VTCI has lowered the price for this service to $2.95 per month!  A savings of $3.00!

How to set up your new Voice Mail service

When accessing your Voice Mail system for the first time, an automated tutorial will provide you with the instructions listed below and guide you through the initial set up process.

Assigning a pin to your new Voice Mail system:

1. Using your home telephone, dial your prefix followed by 1800 (ex: XXX-1800)
2. When prompted, enter the following temporary pin: 0 0 0 0 0 0 and press the # key
3. An automated system greeting will follow
4. When prompted, enter a new 4 to 20 digit pin and press the # key
5. When prompted, confirm your new pin
6. An automated system greeting will follow

Adding / Changing a personal voice message greeting:

1. Dial your prefix followed by 1800 (ex: XXX-1800) to access your Voice Mail system
2. Enter your new pin
3. Press 4 to access the personal options menu
4. Press 0 to access the greetings menu
5. Follow voice prompts to add or change your personal voice message greeting

Accessing your VTCI Voice Mail messages from your home telephone:

1. Dial your prefix followed by 1800 (ex: XXX-1800) to access your Voice Mail system
2. Enter your pin and press the # key
3. When prompted, enter your personal pin and press the # key
4. Press 1 to listen to your voice messages
5. Press 2 to save your voice messages
6. Press 3 to delete your voice messages

Accessing your VTCI Voice Mail messages from a location other than your home:

1. Dial your prefix followed by 1800 (ex: XXX-1800) to access your Voice Mail system

   NOTE: Dial a 1 + your area code + your prefix +1800 when calling your VTCI Voice Mail system from outside of your local calling area. This will result in a long distance toll charge.

2. When prompted, dial your 10 digit home telephone number (ex: 956-XXX-XXXX) and press the # key.
3. When prompted, enter your personal pin and press the # key.
4. Press 1 to listen to your voice messages
5. Press 2 to save your voice messages
6. Press 3 to delete your voice messages
