Extended Area Service (EAS)
EAS is telephone service that allows subscriber in one exchange to call subscribers of another exchange without a toll charge. The following exchanges are classified as local for customers who have EAS coverage.

Extended Local Calling Service (ELCS) for El Sauz Customers
ELCS will allow you to call and be called by Rio Grande City and Roma exchanges on a local call basis (no toll charges). The cost to add these exchanges will be $3.50 for residence and $7.00 for business.
